How does the process work?

We start by inviting you to a short leadership course to assess mutual fit and to let you get to know how we work. If there is a match, we present a concrete opportunity; if you are interested, we prepare you with focused training, playbooks and a plan to perform from day one.

Do I need specific sector experience?

Not essential. We prioritize transferable skills: corporate finance, team management, commercial and operations leadership, process improvement and reporting discipline. The sector knowledge is on us: intensive onboarding, playbooks, mentors and a 100-day plan so you arrive ready from day one.

What support will I have?

Whatever you need. Technology, finance, procurement, sales, governance. We are your shareholders, not your boss.

How does ownership work?

Participation scheme with vesting and milestones, aligned to the long term. From day one you receive an initial package subject to vesting; your percentage can grow as the company grows and hits milestones. Potential: up to 40% for the CEO and up to an additional 10% to share with your management team, with clear vesting and tenure rules.
