Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process

We only process the data you provide through the site forms:

  • Contact, sell and manage forms: name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Careers form (Founding Engineer): name, email address, LinkedIn profile and the CV you attach.
  • Site usage data via analytics (Google Analytics), only when this feature is enabled in production and with your consent.

3. Purposes

  • To handle and respond to your enquiries and requests.
  • To assess your application in our recruitment processes.
  • To measure and improve site usage (analytics), where applicable.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). For applications, processing is also based on taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract.

5. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and for applicable legal periods. Application data is kept for the duration of the recruitment process and, unless you consent to its retention for future processes, is deleted once the process ends.

6. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA): technical handling of the contact, sell and manage forms.
  • Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage, europe-west1 region): hosting of the site and the careers form, including CV storage.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA): sending of the application notification email.
  • Google Analytics: site usage measurement, when enabled in production.

7. International transfers

Some providers (Formspree, Resend) are located in the USA. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to privacy@relevacap.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Complaints

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
